The Self-Portrait

Draw and edit your self-portrait. I am looking to see how you use the drawing and editing tools, not how well you draw. You may create a cartoon or caricature instead of a realistic portrait. Create a self-portrait on the left half of the canvas. Copy your self-portrait (Edit>Copy) and paste (Edit>Paste) in the right half of the canvas. Use transformation, edit and paint tools to alter the pasted copy. Make your portrait similar to my self-portrait below.

You may attach your self-portrait .swf file to the Discussion area and refect on the process.

The Toolbox Sills Assessment Quiz

Click to take the Toolbox Skills Assessment Quiz created in Flash. This quiz uses actionscript and variables to get your score. The test illustrates a simple use of the Flash program other than linear animation and user interface design. The questions are in an external text file and can be modified without opening and republishing the .fla file. This quiz is for your own benefit and knowledge.
