Do a search on Yahoo Groups for Flash. There are some great mailing lists through Yahoo on different levels of Flash Development.
Online Forums (Newsgroups)
You should be familiar with using USENET Newsgroups before trying these links! Bear in mind that the Macromedia Flash Newsgroup Forum recieves hundreds of messages a day!
Macromedia's Forums Resource has links to FAQs, Help, and ReadMe pages which document the do-s/don'ts of dealing with USENET newsgroups. Read them if you are not experienced. Click on the Flash Product Forum.

Utilities to Build Screensavers with Flash
Lots of links I've found elsewhere. The only products I've played with are those by MacSourcery, which are cross-platform... and very expensive... though they do offer a free demo with screensavers lasting 30 days.
